ACTSO IS COMMITTED TO ENSURING AND PROMOTING EQUALITIES, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

  • ACTSO will support CTSI in capturing ethnicity data and supporting appropriate action to achieve a more diverse workforce within the TS profession.
  • ACTSO will not tolerate any form of harassment or bullying of its staff or within its membership.
  • All members of ACTSO, as leaders and managers within their own local authority, are expected to support diversity and equality in their workplace.

If any member of ACTSO experiences any form of unacceptable conduct from another ACTSO member or anyone attending an ACTSO event, which breaches this, they can report it to ACTSO.
